Dr. Arnold Kremer, born and raised in Philadelphia, graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1974. He became certified in emergency medicine and moved to Southern California where he has practiced for 32 years.

He came to realize that the reason people were having medical emergencies was largely because of bad health choices and lack of knowledge on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. He committed his life to educating people on how to be healthy using natural supplements and avoiding pharmaceuticals where possible.

Dr. Kremer practices functional medicine along with regenerative medicine at his practice in Del Mar, CA. He has been faculty with R3 Medical Training for several years, teaching interventional MSK image guided procedures along with techniques for IV, intranasal and nebulizer.

Dr. Kremer enjoys a healthy lifestyle, including nutrition and exercise, and educates his patients how to achieve lasting physical, mental and spiritual health.

Patrick is a PA with over 18 years of experience in urgent care, rheumatology and orthopedics. He was a USAF medic for 8 years before PA school.

He has been using musculoskeletal ultrasound since 2006 and has been a trainer with R3 for the past two years. Patrick has given hands on MSK training to multiple doctors in pain management, PM&R, rheumatology, sports medicine and orthopaedics.

He wrote a book on musculoskeletal ultrasound guided injections, which is provided to each attendee (at no additional cost)!
